So, as you can see from the other posts, Mommom and Grandpa Mike were indeed in the Windy City for a visit! We had such a great time with them. Grandpa Mike was here on business and Mommom got to come along which was such a nice treat! Mommom and Mom had such a great time with James at music class, walking around the house, playing in his room, going for walks and drawing. James and Grandpa Mike discovered a mutual love of blueberries and goldfish - James even shared his treasured snacks with Grandpa Mike. James also did the impossible - he got Grandpa Mike's attention despite the fact that he was on TWO phone calls at the same time. Ah, the power of grandchildren :o)
We had a great visit and it was over way too quickly. We cannot wait to see them again!
