For Cillian's birthday, Scott and Colleen gave Cillian a blow-up sailboat paddling pool. This thing was such a fun gift. They are the best gift givers. We cannot wait until their son/daughter arrives so that we may repay them in kind! So we finally pumped her up and filled her up for the boys so the boys could splash around and have fun. It took all of naptime to fill the pool up! Doug and I had a lot of fun - I think most of the time was spent laughing and trying to figure out if the pool was actually filling up with air or not. I think we named it after the "yacht" in Caddyshack - "The Flying Wasp."

Cillian is not so sure about this whole thing.
Legs were dipped and every single tiny little blonde hair on his leg stood on edge freezing!
So we decided to let Dad and James have fun in the pool
And we hung out in the warm sunshine on the lawn

James also warming up and playing with the rocket that he and Dad built together!
They are going to wait until the fall to set it off because there will be less interference (no leaves).
