Pancakes

For about a month now, every week we go out to dinner for pancakes.

We do this for a number of reasons.

The main one: so we can get out of the house and have fun.

Others: Because it's good practice for the boys' manners, because it's fun to not cook one night, because it's a change of the routine and because we all love pancakes. And breakfast for dinner.

 

We've never taken any photos here before but decided to this time because I said, "I need to put this in the blog for the boys!" You two have been doing so well at dinners lately - eating very well, being inside voice users and very polite to our waiter Gideon. We have the same waiter every time. It's usually us, other families with small children and retired couples or older gentlemen and ladies out with their buddies. Sometimes we hear, "NOT BY THE CHILDREN!" and we laugh. We laughed and said next time we should say, "NOT BY THE ELDERLIES!" But that wouldn't be polite.

But it was funny :)
