Today was the last day of golf before school starts. I scheduled a lesson on Wednesday morning for James. James usually had his lessons on Friday mornings. We have to sort out what we'll do when school starts next week. Anyway, we took Cillian to speech therapy and then jetted off to golf for James. It was a jam packed morning but a fun one for sure. Cills did great at speech and then was so excited he could walk around with his walker outside on this gorgeous day. James of course loves going to golf and hanging out with Kim. We're getting to be 'known' around the course which is nice. The guys smile and wave to me and Cills and chat it up with the big man during his lesson. It's nice for the boys to get this attention. I think it pumps both of them up a bit. It is such a nice time to have with Cillian and also to be able to sneak in and watch James without him realizing I'm watching him. He's really taking to golf and it's a lot of fun to be there to see his enjoyment.
Anyway, enough of me - here are the boys - I took photos from the last two lessons James had.

He loves his golf bag - I always offer to hold it for him, but he likes to do it himself.

James and Kim on the putting green.
He tells James to get the balls in the ball disposals and then the disposal burps.
Obviously James thinks this is hilarious.
James is excellent at putting.
Kim is a fantastic teacher.
Perhaps James' favorite part of the day, riding in the golf cart.
And this is my favorite part.
I am not sure why I decided to photograph him packing up but I am so glad I did.
He is so careful and so ... I'm not sure what word I'm looking for here.
It's just so perfect. So simple.
So much older - beyond his years I suppose.
My James.
We love you so much James and are so happy you've found something about which you are passionate and something you love to do. You're a great kid big guy.
