Happy Birthday Doug!!!!!
James and I colored this while Cillian napped. It was totally spontaneous and we had a blast coloring it. Then we watched the construction and drew our own construction site.

Oh yes. And this happened. The curly fro of Cillian was cut finally. We walked up to the 'downtown' area and over to the family barber. It took 5 minutes and was $20. Cillian meet your new barber. James and Doug go to Bob and enjoy their time there, but for this guy, who screams the whole time, 5 minutes is long enough. And the hair cut was good too!

Doug is laughing here because of a gift I got him. One night we were watching tv and a commercial came on and Kenny Rogers was signing in it - "you got to know when to hold 'em, know when to fold 'em ..." And Doug knew every word and sang along. I hadn't laughed that hard in a while. I mean, Doug never just busts into song. And he did it so freely with this song! I said, "How do you know that song?!?!?" He told me he used to listen to Kenny Rogers with his Mom on the way to the farm growing up. So I bought him Kenny Rogers' Greatest Hits for his birthday. He got a kick out it. :) Doug also got some new grilling stuff and an automatic m&m dispenser. Delicious.
