Construction

The alley across from us is getting repaved and we have been reaping the benefits of this construction. It's like the pages from Demolition and Roadwork (both great books by Sally Sutton) have come to life right outside our windows. We thought we'd check it out and then go for a bike ride. I brought the camera with. This is the first time in a long time I've done this (brought the camera) because I usually had my iphone. But since its demise, I've reverted  back to the old school ways of camera toting and I kind of like it.

The photos are right outside our house and then our bike ride through our neighborhood, to the Bahai temple and then back through the neighborhood from the other side and back home to the construction. It's a good 30-40 minute bike ride for the boys and walk for me. The nice weather has been lovely to walk in and I'm dreading the summer's end. We are outside all the time on walks trying to soak up and savor every minute of this gorgeous summer weather.
