Big Night Out

Today we celebrated 9 years of marriage. We actually went out. I know. Stop the presses. After being with us all day today, Sophie agreed to come back over at 8:15 so Doug and I could get a drink to celebrate. After she came over, we walked up to the restaurants and sat outside on a chilly but beautiful night and had coronas and wine. This blurry picture is the only evidence we have that I do own nice and stylish clothing and that sometimes, given the perfect storm of circumstances, get to wear them and have a wonderful evening out with my husband.
