The craftiness continued through the month of October. I went into Michael's because the houses around us really got decked out for Halloween and we didn't have any decorations really at all. None for the outside besides the pumpkins. I know that may sound strange but we didn't have an outside to decorate at the condo! So, apparently going to Michaels and Target and all these stores for Halloween decorations at the end of October is way too late - I should have been in here at the latest in September the lady told me. Sheesh. Good to know for next year.
Anyway, while I was there, I did pick up these cute foam craft projects and James loved doing them. I'll pick more up next year for sure. It was perfect for his age range. He still needed a lot of parent help this year but he was totally into it. Next year, I'm sure he'll love being able to do more of it himself. The craft itself is very forgiving if you know what I mean. You can glue and then reglue or move things if need be.
James also loved setting up all the gourds on different trays around the house. He is such a great buddy. Love that kid.
