Swimming

Yesterday, James started swimming classes. His teacher's name is Paula and she is so nice. James really likes her a lot and told me that she was Mera and he was Aquaman - this is a great sign.

So every Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, Sophie will take James to swimming and I'll take Cillian to Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy and Speech Therapy and then C and I have Thursdays off from therapy now that PT is down to once a week but we use this day to run errands etc.

I was feeling like James needed an activity to do and I actually signed him up for two - swimming and golf. I get to take him on Fridays to golf :) I do feel super guilty that I can't be here with James for swimming. But, I know I can't be at therapy with Cills and here with James and this is the reason Sophie is so wonderful. She allows me to give James the ability to enjoy and learn an activity and allows me to be there to help Cillian. THANK YOU SOPHIE!!!!!!!!!!!!

We did stay yesterday for the first day (and oh my gosh Cillian was NOT happy - he cried the entire time). But I did manage to take a few photos of James! I'm so proud of you!!!!!!!!!!!! I took him to swimming when he was younger and it was awful and expectedly, James was nervous but this place is wonderful. James loves it and is actually excited about it and cannot wait to go back each day.
