Superman and The Hulk

Since Superman has become a mainstay around these parts and suffice it to say that James is just all about him, it would make sense that Cillian would be identified with a super hero as well. James thought very hard about it, Doug and I did too. Who had glasses? Who was fast? Who was small? But then one day it occurred to us that Cillian could be The Hulk. When he crawls around he swipes at things that are in his way and throws them out of his way. He doesn't do it in an angry way but a matter of fact way. But it's funny to look at it through the lens of him being the Hulk. We say, "Hulk swipe! Hulk smash!" James is able to calm down this way if let's say *hypothetically* (of course) that Cillian comes through and swipes toys aside and all over that James had been working with very nicely. It helps to ease the disruption that causes if that makes sense.


Anyway, a while ago I found a Hulk shirt in Cillian's size and with it a Superman hoodie. They came and the boys love them. They just both happen to be dressed in their stuff today and we were outside enjoying a bit of warmer weather.
