We were having a cooped up kind of day so after Cillian got up from his nap, I put Cillian in his stroller and James and I walked with him to the beach. Upon our arrival I hadn't really thought how we'd get to the water but James walked, I carried Cillian and carried the stroller. It wasn't too bad or too easy but next time I'll rethink what I'll bring with me to make carrying the stroller easier.
Despite that, the beach was a great time and we all just kind of sat and watched the water. James wore his rain boots so he could play in the water. The temperature of the water is still super cold and I didn't want his sneakers to get soaked. Overall it was a great way to break the monotony of the post-nap, pre-dinner around the house experience. I am so glad we went.
