To Boldly Go

James did wonderfully! He took a nap in his bed yesterday, slept from 7:30 to 6:45 this morning and is napping in there as I type. Doug and I high fived this morning before we went in to say good morning to James. What a great feeling. We are so proud of our big guy. I cannot even begin to do justice to the joy and excitement that characterized yesterday - so I'll let the pictures do it.

Doug moved the crib before going to work :) And then we got to get out the brand new comforter!

Post Land of Nod delivery immediately on the bed - James told the delivery guys that he loved them and thank you for bringing his bed. He was so excited - he was running back and forth between the front door and his room giving the delivery guys a more challenging delivery than they expected :) 

I went to our room to get his pillows and James was already putting his 'gang' on the bed
