The Perfect Snowman

So it snowed again. A lot.

I mean reading this, it seems like all I've written this winter is that it's snowed. Or it's been polar vortexing. But, it is what it is. Anyway, it snowed a lot. What's the best thing to do with a lot of snow? Build a snowman! So we did. We built a HUGE snowman. Doug and I had to lift the midsection up together and I thought at least one of us, if not both of us, would have a back related injury. But we were good. It was a family effort and it came out great!

And if you are wondering - the hat is a Blackhawks Stanley Cup Champions hat and the red cups say, "The Sennotts." This is a classy affair folks. That's why there's so much cheersing going on here.

It was a great afternoon. So much fun.

When I was looking through the pictures, I remembered that our town has a competition for Best Snowman. So I took three of the photos and emailed them to the park district. Thought we might have a chance :)
