Snow Shark

Following the great sickness of the Sennotts and another great snow, we got another thaw. This time it was a bigger thaw and we saw the massive amounts of snow melt into massive amounts of water. Sitting water. Big, huge amounts of sitting water near foundations of homes. Ugh. The thawing begins. But then wait ... it froze again. And then thawed again a little. All of this created pools, puddles and then little ice skating rinks along the path of the sidewalks. Doug and James shoveled the water out into the street.

 

Also, huge icicles hanging from roofs and gutters and sheets of ice began sliding off of roofs. We found two such pieces and they looked like something .... but what .... And then, my husband the artist created this masterpiece:
