For Mother’s Day this year, the boys treated me to brunch at
The Drake! I felt very special and loved being able to get dressed up and go
out to eat with my favorite people. Brunch as always was spectacular and we had
a blast. James even got a balloon Saturn J
He loved it. During brunch, Doug made a little toast by saying, “Happy Mother’s
Day Meg – we love you!” and then James said, “Happy Mother’s Day Megster,
you’re doing a great job.” And, I’ll take it – gladly. It was a great morning
and the perfect way to spend Mother’s Day. It was my last Mother’s Day in the
city. We’d be moving at the end of the week and it was a great way to take a
break from the stress of packing and moving. Thank you so much for such a
wonderful day out guys! Mommy loves you all with all her heart all the way to
the Universe and back.
