James was Baptized just after 11am on July 4th in front of our wonderful family and friends at Assumption Church. He is officially the cutest little Catholic in Chicago! Doug and I had a fantastic time with our families and we wish that we could all live closer to one another. James finally got to meet Grandpa Mike and Uncle Michael and just hit it off with them immediately! He snuggled right in on Grandpa Mike and loved sitting and playing with Uncle Michael! James also got to meet Dad's Uncle Craig and Aunt Mary, Mom's Uncle John, Aunt Clare and Cousin Cara, Aunt Annie and Cousin Devon and was so excited to see Mommom Liz and Aunt Margi and Uncle Rich again. Michael and Devon began their very special roles in James' life this weekend as well - they are his Godparents! After the ceremony, we all came back for a great lunch and then Dad barbecued for us all that night! Doug, James and I would like to thank everyone for traveling all the way to Chicago and being a part of such a special and important day in James' life. It was a fantastic weekend and we can't wait to see everyone in 3 weeks at Devon's wedding! Love to you all!
