Back to School

Today was a very special day for Cillian. This was the first time that Mom and Dad got to come into his classroom with him. Doug and I went a few times James' first year but we hadn't managed to find a day Doug could come yet but today was the day! Cillian was SO excited. I mean like SO excited.

I think he showed Doug everything in the room. He kept coming back to where Doug was sitting and without speaking asked him to come along with him again. I mean, it was just adorable looks and these puppy dog eyes and a walk away with a quick walk back to make sure Daddy was following him. I think I was teary-eyed a few times for sure.

Both Doug and I had our phones out snapping pictures of each other with our little guy. It was really a very special day for all of us.
