Doug and I also decided on something. This summer, instead of making James come with us to all of Cillian's therapy appointments, we are going to hire a mother's helper to stay and babysit James while I go. This way James can have a normal fun summer of going to the beach and the playground or even just going for bike rides and playing in the back yard. This is so 'not me' for all of you that know me but I just finally realized that I quite literally cannot be in two places at one time. I also can't shake the guilt of making James sacrifice another summer coming with us. So, I'm getting help. Sophie starts next week. Here's to new and hopefully fun things this summer!
