First Haircut

We had made some hair appointments for various times and canceled them and along the way, we had engaged in numerous conversations about James' hair. I just could not bring myself to cut the curls. There was just something about getting his hair cut that made it seem like he was grown up. He is growing up though and we got James his first hair appointment to follow Dad's on December 11th. Doug and James went to see Bob and Sue. Bob has cut Doug's hair since Doug was a child and also cut Doug's father's hair. So James is the 3rd generation of Sennott hair that Bob has taken care of and trimmed. How cool is that? Sitting in the chair was not going to happen so Mom wore the cape and held James while Bob trimmed his hair. It went way better than expected and at the end of the cut, James received an official certificate for his first haircut. His trimmings are in an envelope :)
