It's the middle of October already. Fall is officially here in Chicago. This is the month where almost every time James and I walk into our park, I can't help but to think of Van Morrison's
Moondance: "And all the leaves on the trees are falling to the sound of the breezes that blow." When I went for the weekly trip to Dominick's for our big food shopping, I could not resist picking up three little pumpkins for our family of three. And yes, the pumpkins are in corresponding size to Doug, James and me. James is too little to enjoy pumpkin carving and is too focused on putting everything in sight into his mouth so this year, we just decided photos of James with the pumpkins would suffice :o) Happy Fall!
Also, James' first Halloween is coming up! Any guesses on James' costume?
Hint: It's not a pumpkin :o)
Little pumpkin wumpkin. James gets cuter everyday. My students tell me that the cutest thing is the world is a puppy. So my guess is that James (the cutest baby in the world) is going to be a puppy (the cutest thing in the world) for Halloween :-) Or Rhett Butler ;-)
ReplyDeletewhat is it? will I get to see it? OMG!!!
ReplyDeleteCould you imagine?!? A little tiny Rhett Butler! Oh my gosh Polly I never even thought of that! It will have to be done in the future :o)
ReplyDeleteAnd yes Cec, you'll see him in it when you're here!
You taunt me with this entry Meg! I won't spill the beans, but I can't wait to see him all dressed up - he'll be too precious!
